Helen Hart, 90, of Peachtree City passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on January 29, 2016.  She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on September 3, 1925.

Helen is preceded in death by her adored husband, Raymond John Hart.

She is survived by her four children, Joanne Renner and husband Ed of Dallas, Texas; Nancy Hart of Peachtree City; James Hart and wife Theresa of Grapevine, Texas; Kerry Petroccione and husband Lucio of Peachtree City; and her six grandchildren: Anthony Hart, Kim Hart, Alex Hart, Nicole Hart, Kevin Petroccione, and Thomas Petroccione.

Helen met her husband Raymond when they both worked for Pan American Airlines. She traveled the globe with him, and had a wonderful, happy life.  Helen loved living in her Peachtree City community for the past twenty-three years, and enjoyed being a part of its activities as a member of The Gathering Place, Charlotte’s Club, The Red Hatters, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and a bunco group. She was an excellent dancer, and could cut a mean rug well into her advanced years.  Everyone who met Helen remarked on her sweetness.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11 in the morning at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, Ga.  A reception will follow at Loreto Hall adjacent to the church.  Interment will take place the following day at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery in Seale, Ala., where Helen will be laid to rest with her cherished husband.

The family wishes to thank Hospice Advantage for their tender, loving care.
