The week of Oct. 27 through Nov. 2 saw one burglary and three entering auto incidents across Fayette County.
The burglary occurred on Etowah Trace near Ga. Highway 279. Sheriff Barry Babb said deputies responded to an alarm call at 3:19 a.m. and found a side door with a rectangular cut in it.
The owner arrived and checked the area once deputies had cleared the building. Nothing appeared to be missing, Babb said.
Entering auto incidents reported at two residences in the morning hours of Oct. 30 on Brookshire Drive off Ebenezer Church Road. Babb said a vehicle at one residence and three vehicles at another residence were rummaged through. Loose change in one of the vehicles was the only thing stolen. All the vehicles were unlocked, Babb said. — BEN NELMS
