The Fayette County School System’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) program has its own marketing brand thanks to the creative vision of Madhavi Scharko of Sandy Creek High who won a system-wide logo competition sponsored by the CTE department.

Madhavi’s winning artwork was among 40 entries submitted by high school students throughout the system. The logo she designed will be used on the CTE website, as well as on printed and digital materials.

Artists had free reign as far as design goes. The only requirements were to incorporate the words “Experience, Discover, Succeed” into the design, and use purple (the official color for CTE) as the one color.
