James Warren Hurst (Jim), age 58, passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 11, 2015 in Fayetteville, Ga.
Jim was an Eagle Scout and graduated from Westwood High School in Fulton County in 1976. He loved his wife and his boys, his motorcycle, NASCAR and fur babies. He was a strong, honest, loving, Godly man and could repair anything. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Hurst.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Webb Hurst; his sons, Cole Hurst, Ryan Hurst and Christopher Jennings; his mother, Florence Hurst; his sister, Kathryn Hynson (Marty) and brother, Larry Hurst (Alex), all of Peachtree City.
His funeral service was held at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel on Monday, September 14, 2015, at 11 a.m. The family received friends Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the funeral home.
