Arnisteen Clark, 91, of Fayetteville

Arnisteen Clark, 91, of Fayetteville, passed away on August 21, 2015.  

Mrs. Clark was a longtime member of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church and a member of the Mary Martha Hope United Methodist Women’s Circle.  She was also a member of the Eastern Star and the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the VFW.  She will be loved and missed by all.  

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Lee Clark; her sister, Louise Bailey; her brothers, John Roper, Raymond Roper and Windell Roper.  

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Thomas L. Clark; her sister, sister-in-law, and nephews.   

Mrs. Clark’s funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, with Dr. David Campbell, Rev. Carolyn Clifton and Dr. Larry Wilson officiating.  Interment will immediately follow the service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Riverdale, Ga.

The family  received friends Tuesday evening, August 25, 2015 at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
