The McIntosh High School counseling department hosted its third annual Jump Start college planning program July 28.
Juniors and seniors, along with their parents, were given an opportunity to meet with college representatives from 20 in-state and out-of-state colleges. In addition, a presentation outlining the college application process was provided by Mrs. Huey, lead counselor at McIntosh.
The counseling department recognized Peachtree College Planning, Huntington Learning Center, C2 Education, Club Z and Capstone Educational Consultant for sponsoring the event and providing valuable information to students as it relates to ACT/SAT test prep and college planning.
