Elizabeth Mae Turbyfield, age 90, of Fayetteville

Elizabeth Mae (Livingston) Turbyfield, age 90, of Fayetteville, Ga., passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015, in Social Circle.  

She was born in Belzoni, Miss., on September 16, 1924, to Ewing and Ida (Thompson) Livingston.  She worked for Southern Bell as a clerk.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Laborn Turbyfield and son, Kenneth Dale Turbyfield.  She is survived by:  daughter, Patricia Turbeyfield Gordon of Jefferson; sons, William (Bill) Turbyfield and his wife, Karla, of Conyers and James Franklin Turbyfield and his wife, Cindy, of Covington; sisters, Blanche Kirby of Indianola, Miss., and Louise Lick of Monroe, La.; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Holly Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Roland Carver officiated.  Interment followed at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
