Almost 30 people took to the path at Newnan Utilities Carl Miller Park June 27 for Piedmont Newnan Hospital’s Walk with a Doc, led by Dr. Tia Guster, Piedmont OBGYN.
The weather was perfect for an early morning stroll, according to participants. Dr. Guster talked about her professional experience, women’s health issues, and stressed proper stretching with any exercise routine. After the walk, Dr. Guster answered questions from the crowd.
Piedmont’s Walk with a Doc series is held the fourth Saturday of each month through September. The next walk will be Saturday, July 25.
