Devereaux Rose Bruch, Author, of Peachtree City and retired Navy Captain Armand Tise Eyler of Jekyll Island, Ga., announce their engagement.
The wedding ceremony will be performed October 17th at the Jekyll Island Presbyterian Community Church.
The couple will honeymoon in Hawaii and share their time with family and friends between Jekyll Island and Peachtree City.
