The annual Peachtree City Youth Triathlon is scheduled for June 13, and participants can register now.
All athletes will receive finisher medals and T-shirts. Awards go to the top three in each age group, male and female.
Juniors (age 6-10) will swim 50 yards, bike 3 miles and run 1/2 mile. Seniors (ages 11-15) will swim 100 yards, bike 6 miles and run 1 mile.
“This is a very friendly beginner race,” according to organizers. “Fancy bikes not required.”
