Bennett’s Mill Middle School recently presented a check for $1,200 to the Joseph Sams School to support a very special cause.

The money raised by the faculty and staff was done so by a school wide initiative called “Jeans 4 Joseph Sams School.” Faculty and staff could pay to wear their jeans on Wednesdays during the month of January.

All money raised was donated in support of the Circle of Hope at The Joseph Sams School.  The Circle of Hope provides scholarships to students to attend the Joesph Sams School.

In the photo are, from left, Joseph Sams School Executive Director Amy Murray, Bennett’s Mill assistant principal Aimee Gumerson and Bennett’s Mill teacher Lisa Pearce.
