Mr. Raymond Gary Nestlehutt, age 72 of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015.
Mr. Nestlehutt was born in Atlanta, Ga. on June 29, 1942.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clenton Nestlehutt and Margaret Nestlehutt.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Nestlehutt served with the Georgia State Patrol for ten years, was sales manager for thirty years with Don Jackson Lincoln Mercury Dealership, a driver for Fayette County School System, and Platinum Dance Competition. He was also a member of Mt. Veron Baptist Church in Fairburn, Ga.
Survivors include his wife, Marty P. Nestlehutt; daughter and son-in-law, Ginger and Major Bruce Avriett; son, Ray Nestlehutt; grandchildren, Bailey Lovvorn, Tripp Avriett. Annabelle Avriett; goddaughter, Karli Grace; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and James Rains; sister, Margaret Dodson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ken and Peggy Nestlehutt, Lamar and Carol Nestlehutt, Leon and Barbara Nestlehutt; sister, Karen Berry; brother-in-law, Jimmy Polk and wife, Cheryl; sisters-in-law, Debra Manning, Carla Williamson and her husband, Tony; mother-in-law, Phyllis Polk and her companion, Paul Harker; several nieces and nephews; grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Raymond Gary Nestlehutt was Monday, April 13, 2015 at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Hinton Harris and Dr. Oscar Cope officiated. Interment followed in Westwood Gardens.
