Local Scotti Cameron Elliot won the 2014 Miss Pre-Teen Atlanta pageant competition. Scotti Cameron won an all expense paid trip to compete in the National Competition that will take place in Orlando Fl. in Dec. 2015. There, she will compete for a variety of scholarship opportunities as well as prize money and other modeling awards. Photo/Submitted.
