Mrs. Barbara Ann McElroy, born December 22, 1943, of Peachtree City passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014. She was the CEO of McElroy Services doing business as MSI Termite and Pest Control.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Otis Michael Carlisle and is survived by her husband, John L. McElroy; daughter, Barbara Jackson of Tallahassee, Fla; son, John McElroy III and his wife Lynn of Griffin; brothers, Sherlock Joseph Carlisle, James Vernon Carlisle, Edgar Earl Carlisle, Henry Ashley Carlisle; sister in-law, Brenda Carlisle; grandchildren, Amanda Sundin, Joshua Jackson, Daniel Lewis McElroy; great grand-children, Makaily Sundin, Elli Sundin; nieces, Stacy Carlisle Kilpatrick, Heather Anderson; nephews, Stephen Carlisle, Edgar Bruce Carlisle, and Lemuel Downs.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Dr. Jimmy Orr officiating.
