Holly Grove will have F&F Day Saturday
Holly Grove African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church will hold its Family and Friends Day at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 26.  The host pastor is the Rev. Larry Ervin.  Holly Grove is a leadership church in the locally based Fellowship of Christian Churches and Friends (FCCF). Holly Grove is located in Peachtree City at 400 Holly Grove Church Road, just off the south end of Robinson Road.

TLCM to hold fish fry Saturday
True Love Christian Ministries will hold a Fish-Fry Dinner on Saturday, July 26, starting at 5 p.m.  The host pastor is Elder Nathaniel Livingston.  Cost of the dinner is $7 per person.  True Love is located at 192 Graves Road, just off of Gingercake Road in Fayetteville.

Rising star plans Homecoming, revival
Members of Rising Star Baptist Church will hold their Homecoming celebration on Sunday, July 27, at 11 a.m., followed by a Family Day dinner and fellowship. The Summer Revival starts the next day, Monday, July 28, and will continue through Wednesday, July 30, with services at 7:30 p.m., nightly.  The host pastor is the Rev. Milton B. Reeves. The revivalist is Dr. K. G. Bailey, pastor of the White Oak Grove Baptist Church in Senoia. Rising Star Baptist Church is in southeast Fayette County at 1094 Old Greenville Road, Fayetteville.

New Beginnings to host F&F Day Sunday
The community is invited to the annual Friends and Family Day, Sunday, July 27 at 10:30 a.m., at New Beginnings Praise and Worship Center. After the service  friends, guests and families will be served a warm home cooked meal.  Games and fun activities will be available for the entire family.  New Beginnings is located at 1091 South  Jeff Davis Drive, Fayetteville.  For more information,  contact the church office, 770-460-1346.

PTCUMC men’s breakfast set for Aug. 2
PTCUMC United Methodist Men’s next breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 2 beginning at 7:45 a.m. with coffee and fellowship, and breakfast at 8 a.m. in the Windgate Multi-Purpose Room. Guest speaker is Will Garner, executive director of the Midwest Food Bank-Georgia Division. Midwest formed in 2003 as a non-profit organization that provides food to over 225,000 needy people every month throughout the U.S. and aboard.

Moms in Prayer to host coffee
Moms in Prayer will host a Women’s Coffee Friday, Aug. 29 from 9:30 – 11 a.m. at Faith Bible Church on Ga. Hwy. 34 E., Sharpsburg. Moms, aunts, and grandmothers all are invited to replace their anxiety and fear with peace and hope by praying with other women for children and schools.
