0Mrs. Pauline “Polly” Stell, 98, of Fayetteville, died Mar. 29, 2014.
Mrs. Polly demonstrated her love for life and people by spending time volunteering in the community. She also played piano at Fayette Presbyterian Church, where she was a member for many years. She also loved gardening, birds and music.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years George Hugh Stell. She is survived by her sister Virginia Elliott of Newnan; 6 nephews and 2 nieces and many dear wonderful friends.
Funeral services were held Tues., April 1, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial followed at Fincher Methodist Cemetery in Meansville, Ga. The family will received friends prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Fayette Presbyterian Church or the Thornwell Home for Children (P.O. Box 60, Clinton, S.C. 29325).
