0Fred A. Pyron, 87, of Fayetteville, passed away March 20, 2014.
He was previously employed by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Dept. He was preceded in death by his parents Ellis and Minnie Lou Pyron.
He is survived by his wife Doris Pyron of Fayetteville; daughters Judy (Jim) Wilson of Dade City, Fla. and Kathy (Jay) Moore of Gainesville, Ga.; sons Joe (Lannell) Pyron of Gay, Ga. and Rodney Pyron of Stockbridge, Ga.; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and sister Mary Gaddy.
A funeral service was held Monday, March 24, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Pastor Jerry Cross officiated. The burial followed at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family received friends Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
