Mrs. Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Pope Hagan, age 76, departed this life for her home with her Savior, Jesus Christ on Mon., March 31, 2014.

She was born on June 9, 1937 to the late Samuel and Mabel Pope. She was a registered nurse trained in infection control in A.P.I.C. She was employed at Baroness Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tenn. and most recent Newnan Hospital.

She was Cardiac Certified and an A.C.L.S. instructor. She was a member of All Saints Anglican Church in Peachtree City.

Liz will be remembered most as a sweetheart, soul mate, lover, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Aaron Robert Bailey. She leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years, Dr. Paul K. Hagan, Jr; sons, Rev. Mark Hagan of Peachtree City, Paul Hagan, III of Avondale Estates; daughter, Tamela Grant of Lawrenceville; grandson, Samuel Jacob Bailey and 8 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Sat., April 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. at All Saint’s Anglican Church, 225 S. Peachtree Pkwy., Peachtree City, Ga 30269 with The Rev. Michael T. Fry officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to All Saint’s Anglican Building Fund, 225 S. Peachtree Pkwy., Peachtree City, Ga. 30269. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.

The family will receive friends Thur.y, April 3, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, 8355 Senoia Rd., Fairburn, G. 30213 770-964-4800.
