BASEBALL: Lost to Lovejoy 8-4, as Chris Jones was 2-for-3 with a home run and Kameron Barlow was 2-for-3. In a 15-6 win over Sandy Creek, Alex Adorno went 3-for-4 with a grand slam and six RBI. Jones, Damon Haskett and Micah Sander had two hits each. Austin “Bobo” Spruill picked up the win.
SOCCER: Lost 8-0 to LaGrange (girls).

SOCCER: Won 6-3 over ELCA (boys) as Joey Blount started the scoring for the War Eagles and Spencer Geerlings finished it.

McINTOSH
BASEBALL: Lost to Northgate 3-2 as Andrew Johnson homered and drove in both runs. In a 6-4 win over Starr’s Mill, Charlie Goedtke went the distance and gave up one earned run. Tyler Mowry was 2-for-2 with singles in the first and seventh innings, scoring both times. He was the winning run on a two-RBI double by Dane Bullock that also scored Mike Dolak. Johnson had two hits in Monday’s 4-2 win over Union Grove.
LACROSSE: Defeated Starr’s Mill 11-4 despite being outshot 42-35. Craig Ward scored four times while Dawson Riesselmann and Barrett Bornhofen added two goals each. Patrick Anderson, Sam Herman and Billy Magill also scored. The defense was led by Hank Morgan, with Cameron Scott and Tommy O’Brien sharing duties in goal.
TENNIS: Lost to East Coweta, 5-0 for the boys and 4-1 for the girls.
TRACK: The Chiefs took first place in the boys’ 4×100-meter relay and the girls’ 4×800-meter relay at the Fayette County Championships in Tyrone. Other standout performances included Alyssa LeClaire in the 800-meter run (2:23.52), Taylor Huntley in the 800-meter run (2:02.96), Nicole Zaubi in the 1600-meter run (5:38.62), Joshua Mattingly in the 3200-meter run (10:01.91), Joy Cummings in the 400-meter run (58.87) and Cameron Sims in the triple jump.

TRACK: In the Fayette County Championships at Sandy Creek, Christian Coleman won the long jump, 100 meters and 200 meters while anchoring the second-place 4×100 meters. Jervon Kyles placed second in the long jump and Canton Faber was second in the pole vault.

SOCCER: Won 2-0 over Fayette County (girls) as Sophia Bonser scored both goals and Amara Owoh had an assist.

LACROSSE: Defeated Carrollton 24-2 (girls).
SOCCER: Defeated Newnan 8-0 (girls) as Molly Moroney scored three goals and Leslie Logan had three assists. Kayla Feigenbaum had a goal and two assists. Carly Pressgrove, Lauren Yoss and Sarah Yoss each had a goal and an assist, and Jenna Currin scored a goal. With a 6-0 win over Union Grove as well, the Lady Panthers have won 11 straight and are 5-0 in region play.

BASEBALL: Defeated Drew 7-1 as Jonathan Hendershot struck out 10 thru 6 innings.
GOLF: Defeated Fayette County (boys), led by Andrew Bankston (38), Matt Hood (43) and Matt Geise (45). The team is 2-1 on the season.
LACROSSE: Lost 14-8 to Northgate (boys).
TENNIS: Defeated Fayette County, with the girls winning 3-2 and the boys 5-0.
