Civitan golf tourney set for April 23

The ninth annual Civitan “Leave No One Behind” benefit golf tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, at 9 a.m. at Braelinn Golf Club in Peachtree City.

Proceeds will be earmarked for community charities and the Civitan International Research Center supporting developmentally challenged youth and adults.

The event is sponsored the Line Creek Civitan Club of Peachtree City and the Georgia District Civitan Foundation.

Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, refreshments and post-tournament lunch.

A two-year use of a 2013 Lexus RX350 SUV is offered by South Atlanta Lexus and a golf cart is offered by Bulldog Golf of Peachtree City for the hole-in-one contests.

The tournament is a four-person/Ft. Lauderdale Scramble format. Entry fee is $100 per player. Final registration is at 8 a.m. on the day of the event.
