High school can be tough without a pal. P.A.L.S. (Peers Are Linking Students) clubs are about building friendships between students with and without disabilities and creating lasting bonds, all while having fun.

P.A.L.S. club members forge friendships by participating in a variety of activities together, both within and outside of school.

One of these activities is the P.A.L.S. Pageant, which is a coordinated effort among all of the county’s high school P.A.L.S. clubs. The second annual P.A.L.S. Pageant is scheduled to take place March 1 in the Duke Auditorium of Starr’s Mill High starting at 6 p.m.

The public is invited to attend the pageant to support the county’s P.A.L.S. clubs. Admission is free, but donations will be gratefully accepted to help fund future club activities.

The goal of P.A.L.S. is to allow all students to experience the benefits of friendship, dedication and responsibility.
