0To our readers: Because of ice storm conditions Wednesday, many readers will experience delays in the delivery of the print edition of The Citizen for Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014.
Depending on road conditions, we expect to resume home delivery Thursday by midday. Some routes may be delayed until Friday morning.
