William Shaw, 83, of Fayetteville passed away July 31, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Shaw; parents Charles & Elsie Shaw; and eleven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter Candace (Charles Gordon) Swaggerty of Clewiston, Fla.; son Gregory (Cheryl) Shaw of Fayetteville, Ga.; grandchildren Matthew (Cameron) Swaggerty of Ocala, Fla., Drew Swaggerty of Gainesville, Fla., Jonathan (Aleesa) Shaw of Aurora, Colo., Kevin (Elisabeth) Shaw of Dallas, Ga., and Megan (Walter) Moore of Atlanta, Ga.; and several nieces & nephews.

A funeral service was held Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
