The Robert W. Collins Post Office in Tyrone received an addition Wednesday as members of the Fayette County American Legion Post 105 installed a photographic plaque that commemorated the life of the local man who was killed in Iraq in 2010. The plaque includes photos of Lt. Collins as a Sandy Creek High School football player, later in his dress blues and finally, in a photo taken the day before he was killed.
