Mr. and Mrs. John Byrd of Fayetteville are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ms. Jessica Lauren Byrd, to Mr. Harrison Kyle Palmer, son of Mr. Danny and Judge Kathy Palmer of Swainsboro, Ga.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Avery Allison of Montgomery, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Byrd of The Villages, Fla. Jessica is a 2002 graduate of Fayette County High School, and a 2006 graduate of The University of Georgia, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication. She is employed as a Group Sales Consultant with Guardian Life Insurance Company.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stephens and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Palmer, all of Adrian, Ga. Kyle is a 2001 graduate of Swainsboro High School, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Housing. Kyle is employed as a Senior Associate in Commercial Investments with NAI Brannen Goddard Real Estate.
The upcoming marriage will take place on October 19, 2013, at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Ga.
Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Atlanta, Ga.
