One big tree topper goes up in Fayetteville

A county public works crew put the last few pieces of the giant Christmas tree together late Tuesday morning at Heritage Park in downtown Fayetteville. The tree is more than a sure sign of the impending Christmas holiday; it is also the location of the city of Fayetteville’s Christmas celebration Saturday night. Photo/Ben Nelms.
