Brooks United Methodist has been offering Zumba and group personal training in the church gym. Those have been so popular that Tai Chi has been added on Monday and Thursday evenings and now Yoga-lates on Tuesday and Thursdays at 11 a.m.
Yoga-lates is a class fusion that implements the practices of Yoga and Pilates. A personal mat is suggested. Monthly passes are $35 and the drop in rate is $8 per class.)
Also, new to the program are nutrition and diet classes on Mondays at 10 a.m. and Thursdays at 7:45 p.m. Learn how to read food labels, plan nutritious meals, as well as calculate calorie needs and much more.
Add on to a monthly pass for $10 or take as a stand-alone class for $20 per month. Drop in for $5.
