Chabad of Peachtree City will again conduct services for this year’s High Holidays. This will kick off the regular schedule of services and classes for the year.
Services will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2010 N. Commerce Dr., Peachtree City. Special services are also planned for children.
Services on Sunday evening, Sept. 16, will be at 7:30 p.m. The Rosh Hashanah meal will be at 8 p.m. The cost for the meal is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 10. For reservations, RSVP to mussy@friendshipcircle.com.
Services on the two days of Rosh Hashanah are at 10 a.m. sharp. Shofar blowing on both days will take place at approximately 11:30 a.m. Services will conclude at around 1:30 p.m.
Kol Nidrei service on Sept. 25 begins at 7:15 p.m.. The fast begins at 7:31. On the morning of Yom Kippur, Sept. 26, services will begin at 10 a.m. The Yom Kippur services will conclude with Ne’ilah at 6:30, followed by a break-fast bash. Fast is over at 8:06.
A Sukkos feast will be held on Sept. 30, in the very first Sukkah ever to be built in Peachtree City. This will take place at the Sukkah at the home of Rabbi Yossi and Shternie Lew, 219 Kelvington Way, Peachtree City. The meal will begin at 7:45 p.m.
