Mark Douglas Fields, 43, of Fayetteville, passed away on March 26, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Fields; sons, Scott Douglas Fields, Isaiah Reece Fields and faithful pet, April, of Fayetteville; parents, Doug and Lucy Fields of Fayetteville; sister, Mary and Jeff Harris of Fayetteville; brother, Michael and Anya Fields of Fayetteville; aunts and uncles, Myrtle Wilson of Fayetteville, H. Loyd and Faye Fields of Chappell Hill, Texas, Bobby and Dot Fields of Jefferson, Ga.; nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Harps Crossing Baptist Church. Mr. Fields will lie in state from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service.
Rev. Ken Helms and Rev. Carlton Swicegood will officiate. The burial will follow at Lisbon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
