Mr. Charles Phillips, 74, of Fayetteville, passed away on Feb. 28, 2012. He was a long time resident of Fayette County.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Details will follow.
