Tom had many interests, but the ones that we remember most were his devotion to his family, spending time at Huddleston Pond to relax, watching his birdfeeders around his home, and listening to his wind chimes.
Tom is survived by his son, Thomas Lau and wife Tracy Lau; daughter, Marie Edwards and husband Rodney Edwards; grandchildren, Heather Proffitt, Tommy Lau, and Courtney Lau; great-grandchildren, Nathan Proffitt, and his newest survivor will be his unborn great grandchild due on July, 3, 2012.
Tom’s final wishes were honored by not having a formal service and he was laid to rest on Monday, Dec. 19, 2011 at Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, just remember he is RUNNING with the Lord now.
