Robert Lloyd Howard, age 85, of Fayetteville, Ga., passed away on Nov. 18, 2011.
Mr. Howard was born in Shiloh, Ga. on Aug. 25, 1926 to Stephen Edgar Howard and Mattie Ellen Burden Howard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Buvenia Parrott Howard of Fayetteville, Ga.; his devoted daughter Robin Howard Brooks and his precious granddaughter Victoria Katelyn Brooks of Fayetteville, Ga.
Robert worked in the food service industry and retired from the Georgia World Congress Center.
He was a proud veteran of the US Navy serving in the South Pacific during WWII.
A funeral service was held on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial was followed at Camp Memorial Park. The family received friends on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
