Unincorporated Fayette County was hit with three burglaries on Nov. 6 and 7. In one of the cases three women were arrested on Ga. Highway 314 after a home break-in on White Oak Way.

The Nov. 6 burglary occurred at a residence on White Oak Way at approximately 1:30 p.m., according to Fayette County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Brent Rowan. A neighbor witnessed two females leaving the home and called 911, Rowan said. Deputies arriving at the scene confirmed a forced entry through the back door and later noted that two computers had been stolen, Rowan added.

Based on a description of the women and the vehicle by a witness, deputies subsequently stopped the car on Hwy. 314 and Bethea Road, Rowan said.

Charged with burglary were 28-year-old Melissa K. Painter of 170 White Oak Way, 39-year-old Kimberly A. Consolino of 150 Cloister Drive, Peachtree City, and 45-year-old Riverdale resident Patricia M. Digsby, said Rowan.

A Nov. 7 burglary at the BP store at 166 Corinth Road occurred just after midnight, Rowan said, adding that the front door was forced open. The only items believed to be missing were two cases of beer.

Rowan said there are no current suspects in the incident.

The second burglary on Nov. 7 occurred at a residence on County Line Road. The break-in occurred during the daytime hours when no one was home. Forced entry was made through the back door, Rowan said. Items stolen included jewelry, electronics and a rifle, Rowan said.

There are no current suspects in the case.
