Mary Ann Roy, of Senoia, passed away on Oct. 17, 2011. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Langley, two infant daughters, and an uncle, Darrell Pritchard.
She is survived by her former husband and friend, Fardeen Roy of Decatur; daughter Emily Roy of Senoia; father, Robert J. Langley of Senoia; brother, James (Christy) Langley of Roanoke, Ala.; brother, Tim Langley, of Senoia; sister, Rachel Vadsarya of Senoia; 3 nephews, aunts and uncles.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Senoia, Ga. Ms. Roy lied in state from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
Pastor Cris Magness officiated. The family received friends on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, Ga.
