Mrs. Martha McWhorter, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sept. 19, 2011, at the age of 85.
She was a 42-year employee of White Electric Company. Mrs. McWhorter was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby McWhorter, and daughter, Patty Sutton.
She is survived by her nephews, William F. Evans of Fayetteville, Olin R. “Randy” Evans (Maria Mackas) of Decatur, Don S. Evans (Debbie) of McDonough, daughter-in-law, Betty McWhorter, and many grandchildren, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Graveside funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Sept. 21 from 2 to 4 p.m., prior to service at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville – mowellfuneralhome.com.
