Anna C. Millhorn, age 77, of Fayetteville

Mrs. Anna C. Millhorn, age 77, of Fayetteville, passed away Aug. 16, 2011. She was born on April 24, 1934, to the late Worley and Lillian Millard of Mendota, Va.  

Mrs. Millhorn is preceded in death by her first husband Rex D. Hobbs, Sr. and her siblings Edith Benfield, John Millard and Eva Millard. She is survived by her loving husband, Curtis R. Millhorn; sons, Rex D. “Don” Hobbs, Jr. of Newark, Ohio; Randall D. “Randy” Hobbs of Hillsville, Va; Richard D. Hobbs of Peachtree City; Robert David Hobbs of Jonesboro; and Raymond D. “Danny” Hobbs of Fayetteville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Dye of DeLand, Fla., and brother, Worley “Sonny” Millard, Jr. of Bowling Green, Ky.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011, at 7 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. 

Mrs. Millhorn was in state from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service. David Carver officiated.
