Mr. Otto Steinbrenner of Peachtree City, GA, formerly of Ridgewood, NY, passed away on August 21, 2011 at the age of 88.
Mr. Steinbrenner was a proud veteran who served in the United States Army in WWII, serving in France, Belgium and Germany.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Begg Steinbrenner, and second wife, Elizabeth Garbarino Steinbrenner; and brothers Walter Steinbrenner and Red Steinbrenner.
He is survived by his son, Wayne Steinbrenner and his wife Jayne of Peachtree City, GA; granddaughters Rachel Steinbrenner and Ava Steinbrenner; niece Debra Dunn and her husband Pat of St. Augustine, FL and their children Jennifer Dunn and Shawn Dunn.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 25 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City with Fr. John Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 PM.
