0Mr. Wilmer S. Dixon, 90, of Fayetteville, passed away on June 9, 2011.
Mr. Dixon is preceded in death by his parents Shaltoe and Bonnie Palmour Dixon; brother Sherman Dixon; sisters Mildred Campbell and Ruth Anderson.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Eloise Dixon; daughter Nancy Stanley and her husband Rick of Fayetteville; granddaughter Megan White and her husband Matt of Rome; great-grandchild Harper White; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday June 12, 2011 at 3:30 PM in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville with Reverend Mark Westmoreland officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Fayette Senior Services, 4 Center Dr. Fayetteville, GA 30214.
