Lily Lebby Marvin Smith, Peachtree City

Mrs. Lily Lebby Marvin Smith died at her residence on March 7, 2011. She was born in Charleston, SC on September 3, 1925, but had lived in Peachtree City for the last 22 years. Her parents and her two brothers predeceased her. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Herbert P. Smith. She also leaves her three daughters, Sarah Smith of Peachtree City, Karen (John) Harmon of Peachtree City, and Ginny (Peter) Pellegrinelli of Jacksonville, FL. She also leaves two devoted grandsons, Billy and Mike of Peachtree City.

She spent her entire life loving, helping, encouraging, and supporting her family who will never be the same without her. We are happy she is now without pain and peaceful with the Lord.  

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 12 at Sardis United Methodist Church Cemetey in Trotman, Georgia.  Arrangements by Higgins HIllcrest Chapel Funeral Home, Newnan.
