Kenneth Errol Milligan, 73, of Peachtree City, GA passed away from heart failure January 16, 2011.
Mr. Milligan was born December 23, 1937, in Washington, IN , and was the youngest child of the late John and Charlotte Milligan of Bicknell, IN. He was predeceased in death by his brother, John Milligan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL , and his sister and brother-in-law Margaret & Bud Shackelford of O’Fallon, IL.
Ken retired after 33 years of service from BellSouth Telecommunications in 1991. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #711 in Fayetteville, GA , an amateur photographer, had held a private pilot’s license and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Larri M. Milligan, Peachtree City, daughter Amber M. Noel (Mark) of Atlanta, GA; son Michael Milligan (Haruko) of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter Debbie M. Matthews (Scott) of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter Charlotte M. Greene (Jimmy) of O’Fallon, IL; daughter Cynthia M. Rivera (Ruben) of Sunrise, FL; grandchildren Ethan Noel, Alex & Jack Milligan, Joshua & Jennifer Greene, and Jason and Scotty Matthews. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Rita Milligan of Cooper City, FL.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 20, 2011, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home at 200 Robinson Road, Peachtree City, GA.
