Jimmy Leon Wolfe, 64, of Fayetteville, GA , formerly of Rockmart, GA, passed away November 21, 2010 after a three year battle with cancer.
Jimmy was a loving father and friend. He retired from a lifelong career with Georgia Specialty Equipment, formerly Georgia School Equipment in Fayetteville, GA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward and Annie Mae Austin Wolfe; brothers Edward Wolfe, Jr., and Richard Wolfe and sister Dorothy Brown.
He is survived by his daughters Erin Wolfe and Autumn Wolfe and son Ryan Wolfe; former wife Barbara Wolfe; sisters Doris Piper and Elizabeth (Billy) Jackson; brothers Benny (Pauline) Wolfe and Danny (Cathy) Wolfe; sisters-in-law Faye Wolfe and Charlotte Wolfe; and also many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Fayetteville Chapel with Father John Koziol as Celebrant. The family will receive friends Wednesday 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Southwest Christian Care Hospice at www.swchristiancare.org. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Freeman Harris Funeral home in Rockmart, GA.
