Mr. Warren G. “Butch” Trantham Jr. of Peachtree City died July 18, 2010.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents Warren G. and Helen Owenby Trantham Sr. and father-in-law Wilbur Shaw. Butch was a member of Connection Church in Griffin and was employed with Delta Air Lines.
He is survived by his wife Katie Trantham; children, April Lombard and her husband Chris; Amber Trantham; Warren G. “Trey” Trantham III, all of Peachtree City; sister, Kay Tate of Knoxville, TN; mother-in-law Annette Shaw of Peachtree City; brother-in-law Bratton Shaw and his wife Sue of New Holland PA; nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and great-great-nephew.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (Peachtree City). Bro. Steve Stringer will officiate. Interment will immediately follow the service at Westminster Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Connection Church, 1709 Williamson Rd., Griffin, GA 30224.
