0Ray and Carol McCafferty of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Rae McCafferty, to Jason Matthew Milam, son of Aubry Milam and the late Marsha Milam.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Betty Hill and the late Watson Hill of Fayetteville, and Betty McCafferty and the late Robert McCafferty of Rogersville Ala. She is a 2000 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2004 graduate of Griffin Technical College. She is currently employed at ABC Pediatrics in Fayetteville.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Glynn and Charlotte Milam of Tyrone, and C.W. and Rita Snyder of Ellaville. He is also a graduate of Sandy Creek High School and is a full time student at Griffin Technical College. He currently is employed at Tires Plus in Peachtree City.
The wedding will be Aug. 28, 2010, in Griffin. The couple will reside in Senoia.
