Thomas Frederick Eubanks, Sr., 89, of Fayetteville passed away June 21, 2010.

Mr. Eubanks was a faithful husband, loving father, and grandfather; he was also a faithful servant of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church , and a certified master gardener. Mr. Eubanks had served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years Jewell Eubanks; daughter and son in law Marcia & Ed Davis; son and daughter in law Thomas F. & Brenda Eubanks, Jr.; grandchildren Allison & Jonathan Davis and Carla & Paige Eubanks; sister Martha Havard; and also nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with Reverend Mark Westmoreland and Reverend Gary Parrish officiating. Mr. Eubanks will lie in state at 1:00 PM till service time. The burial will be at Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fayetteville First United Methodist Church .
