Mr. John Roland Hardy Truelsen, 89, of Mulberry, Florida, passed away on June 2, 2010.
Mr. Truelsen received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and later became a captain in the Marines during WWII. After 40 years of service with Norton Company, he retired and they relocated to Lakeland, FL where he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
Mr. Truelsen is survived by his wife, Catherine Truelsen; daughter, Cathy Szegedi and her husband Jon of Fayetteville; granddaughters, Heather Graham and her husband Whit of McDonough, and Elicia Justice and her husband Max of McDonough; great-granddaughters, Kennedy Graham and Reigan Justice.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
