Dancelink and OM Arts International, ministries of Operation Mobilization (OM), will host a Creative Arts Evening of Worship Friday, April 30. The concert will be at Peachtree City Christian Church and begins at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free; however, an offering will be received to benefit Dancelink’s ongoing mission work.
The concert will feature local dancers as well as music, art and poetry.
“This concert promises to engage people, expand their thinking and allow them to see the purpose of using the arts on the mission field,” said Linda Wells, director and founder of Dancelink, a ministry of OM Arts International.
In 2006, with a mission trip to Switzerland, Linda says she had the vision to send dancers overseas to use their gift to communicate the Gospel in a new and creative way.
Since then, dancers have served in countries around the world, including Albania, Bosnia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Germany, India and Hungary. Every year dancers serve short and long term on the mission field.
