Geraldine Juanita Gamble, age 68, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, April 15, 2010.
Mrs. Gamble was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest L. and Mollie L. Whitfield.
She is survived by her husband Gerald “Jerry” E. Gamble of Fayetteville; sons Austin and Kristy Gamble of Jefferson and Delwyn Gamble of Fayetteville; granddaughter Emma Grace Gamble of Jefferson; sisters June and Wayne Davis of Newnan and Joyce and Tommy Smith of Demorest; brothers Ernest and Gabrielle Whitfield of Loganville, Glenn and Monica Whitfield of Riverdale and David and Sue Whitfield of McDonough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The Rev. Hugh Kirby will officiate. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
