Mrs. Judy Ann Tolley, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on March 27, 2010 after a courageous battle with Pick’s Disease.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who is described as one having never met a stranger. Judy worked in the Tax offices of both Clayton and Fayette County where she served as a tag clerk. She was a great cook whose family favorite was her chocolate chip cookies. Judy was a long-time member of the Fayetteville Church of God of Prophecy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Nancy Hancock; and her brother Jim Hancock. Judy is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bill Tolley of Fayetteville; daughter Heather Marchman and her husband Kenneth of Fayetteville; grandsons, Jackson and Luke Marchman of Fayetteville; sisters Sue Walker (Barney) of Fayetteville, Marie Smith (Leroy) of Rex, Barbara Owen (Rodney) of Fayetteville, Cecil Thomas of Fayetteville; brothers Frank Hancock (Cordie) of Gay, Tom Hancock (Joan) of Jonesboro, Bill Hancock (Nancy) of Hampton, Alvin Hancock (Linda) of Jonesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Rev. William Turner and Rev. Danny Hix will officiate. The burial will follow at Camp Memorial Garden and Mausoleum, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
