Fayetteville First United Methodist Church’s Easter Egg Hunt this Sunday will not only be a fun outing for children, but also will be an event for assembling baskets providing personal items for the children at the United Methodist Children’s Home.

The Easter Egg Hunt is this Sunday, March 28, from 3-5 p.m., in a field off Hill’s Bridge Road (directions available at the church), and those participating are asked not to donate candy, but instead substitute travel-sized toiletry items (not from hotels), band aids, chapstick, sports balls, flying disks, G and PG rated DVDs, and fiction books for children and teens.

Items can be dropped off in designated bins around the church. Baskets will be assembled at the Egg Hunt.
