James “Jimmy” Edgar Cox, 70, of Peachtree City, GA died March 18, 2010.

Mr. Cox was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Mr. Cox is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Pat Cox of Peachtree City, GA; daughters Angela Mendola & husband Joe of Peachtree City, GA and Cindy Cox Ott of Peachtree City, GA; grandchildren Brandon Jasper Ott & Ariana Justin Mendola of Peachtree City, GA; brothers & sisters Donald Cox, Harold Cox & wife Sandra, Larry Jameson Cox, Kathy Lillard, Janet Tyler & husband Dan, Jeff Cox , Danny Cox & wife Lori; also nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Carl J. Mowell & Son, Peachtree City, GA with Rev. Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
